Welcome to PREPonCall! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://preponcall.com, including all related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Age requirement. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

1. Use of the Site

PREPonCall provides educational content to help users prepare for their real estate exam. You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of our content without permission.
  • Interfere with the security, functionality, or proper working of the Site.
  • Share your account login with others or use another user's account.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to our pricing and billing terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for full details.

One-time purchases. The 1-Week Cram and Annual Access plans are one-time payments. They grant access for a fixed window (7 days for Weekly, 365 days for Annual) and do not auto-renew. Access ends automatically when the window expires.

Recurring subscriptions. The Monthly Membership is a recurring subscription. By purchasing it, you authorize PREPonCall to automatically charge your payment method monthly at the disclosed price until you cancel. Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout before purchase.

Cancellation. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Pricing changes. We reserve the right to change pricing for any plan with at least 30 days' notice. Existing recurring subscribers will receive notice before any price change takes effect and may cancel before the new price applies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PREPonCall or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Prohibited uses. Without prior written permission from PREPonCall, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, screen record, screenshot for distribution, or otherwise capture course videos, practice questions, flashcards, podcast episodes, cheat sheets, PDFs, e-books, or any other proprietary materials.
  • Distribute, publish, upload, transmit, post, or share PREPonCall content on Discord, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, file-sharing services, paid forums, or any other public or private channel.
  • Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit any PREPonCall content, including reselling PDFs, flashcard decks, or downloadable materials.
  • Scrape, mirror, archive, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site.
  • Use PREPonCall content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence model, large language model, or machine learning system.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, watermark, or attribution embedded in our materials.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of paid access without refund, and pursuit of legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer & No Guarantee

PREPonCall provides educational and informational content only. We do not guarantee that any user will pass a real estate exam, obtain a license, secure employment, earn income, or achieve any specific result.

Your success on a real estate licensing exam or in your real estate career depends on your individual effort, study habits, and circumstances. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Service Availability

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime does not constitute a breach of these Terms or entitle you to a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

PREPonCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Site after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination & Community Conduct

PREPonCall reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site, course content, or community for any of the following reasons:

  • Violations of these Terms or any other published policy.
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other members or staff.
  • Unlawful activity, fraud, or attempts to circumvent payment.
  • Conduct that disrupts the experience of other members or the integrity of the platform.
  • Sharing accounts, content, or downloadable materials outside your personal use.

Termination for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund. We may, at our discretion, retain records of platform activity to defend against fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.

10. User-Generated Content

The Site includes community features where members may post content, opinions, advice, photos, and other materials. PREPonCall does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any user-posted content. We are not responsible for the content, opinions, advice, or materials posted by users within community features or member discussions, and any reliance on such material is at your own risk.

By posting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and grant PREPonCall a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content on the Site. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, without prior notice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of these Terms or any purchase made through PREPonCall shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
