Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 7, 2026

Please read this policy in full before purchasing. By completing a purchase on PREPonCall, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

Delivery and Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content and subscription access are delivered immediately and that you waive any applicable "cooling-off" or cancellation rights once access has begun, where permitted by law.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds on any PREPonCall purchase, including but not limited to:

  • Weekly, monthly, and annual course subscriptions
  • Agent Network (community) subscriptions and add-ons
  • E-books, digital downloads, and bundled digital resources
  • One-time purchases and promotional offers

PREPonCall delivers instant, on-demand access to copyrighted educational content the moment a purchase is completed. Because that content cannot be returned, all purchases are considered fulfilled at the time of payment and are final.

Course Plans

All course plans (1-Week Cram, Monthly Membership, and Annual Access) grant immediate access to the full PREPonCall course library, practice exams, flashcards, and downloadable materials.

  • 1-Week Cram and Annual Access are one-time payments. Access expires automatically at the end of the purchased window (7 days or 365 days). They do not auto-renew, and refunds are not provided once access has been granted.
  • Monthly Membership is a recurring subscription. By purchasing it, you authorize PREPonCall to automatically charge your payment method monthly at the disclosed price until you cancel. Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout before purchase.
  • You may cancel a Monthly Membership at any time from your account settings before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not generate a refund or partial credit for the current billing period.

Agent Network (Community) Subscriptions

Agent Network access is sold as a separate subscription or as an add-on at checkout. It includes the community feed, member network map, scheduled events, and any included Q&A sessions or member-only content.

  • Agent Network subscriptions are non-refundable for the same reason as course subscriptions: access is granted instantly upon purchase.
  • You may cancel an Agent Network subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period and ends automatically afterward.
  • If you cancel your course subscription while an Agent Network add-on is active, the add-on remains active and continues to bill on its own schedule until you cancel it separately.
  • Beta or complimentary Agent Network access granted at PREPonCall's discretion may be revoked or converted to a paid subscription at any time, with reasonable notice.

E-Books and Digital Downloads

All e-books, PDF guides, cheat sheets, and other digital downloads are non-refundable. These items are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing is not retroactive.

  • Refunds, credits, or price adjustments will not be issued to apply a sale, discount, or promotion to a prior purchase.
  • If you cancel and later repurchase during a promotion, the discounted price applies only to the new purchase.

Failed Payments and Lapsed Access

If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again or pause your access until payment is updated. Lapsed access does not generate a refund or credit, and reactivation is at the then-current price.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • PREPonCall reserves the right to suspend or terminate disputed accounts during the investigation of suspected fraudulent or abusive disputes.
  • We reserve the right to provide your bank with documentation of platform activity, login history, and content usage to contest invalid disputes.
  • Repeated refund requests, dispute attempts, or abuse of promotional pricing may result in loss of access without refund and a permanent ban from future purchases.

Exceptions

Refunds are generally not provided except in cases of duplicate billing, unauthorized charges verified by our payment processor, or where required by applicable law. To request review of a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy and any disputes arising from purchases made through PREPonCall are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. See our Terms of Use for the full jurisdiction clause.
