  All the way from PA, where do I begin with not just Prep on Call but my Aunt Maggie😊. My daughter found her on Tik Tok and I immediately started watching her lives daily and loved her teaching style. I then started reviewing info she had on IG and YouTube and quickly purchased Prep on Call which helped me so much as it breaks things down in a way you understand, and gives you practice test for each section and a timed quiz that is like the actual exam. In addition to prep on call and the great resources it provides. Aunt Maggie is hands down the best to ever do it, she has the real estate experience and was a math teacher who explains math in a way that will make you love it.   I took my course online only and I passed my exam first try thanks to your lessons! Especially the math portion. I paid for the Prep on Call and one thing I want to suggest is for the practice questions, I wish it would save your previous scores and attempts. I personally didn’t do them all in order so sometimes I forgot which ones I had already done. Same with the podcasts and lessons, maybe just a simple check mark for the ones already completed. Other than that thank you for the help I couldn’t have done it on my own!

The study guides, subject-specific practice questions, mock exams, videos, and podcasts were incredibly helpful. I signed up for the premium plan, and I found the Broker Matchmaker course to be very informative. The Zoom meeting was also extremely useful. Each meeting I attended virtually had a question and answer portion as well as bonus practice questions participants could answer. Maggie took the time one meeting to review our candidate manuals to identify what each virtual participant should focus on for their state exam, which I thought was very thoughtful of her.

  I loved the easy to understand lessons and every thing about your sight. I signed up on the 3rd and listened and practiced the math and vocabulary words. I have told several people about this, especially the math since that is my biggest struggle. I took my 1st test on the 4th, didn't have time to cancel to study more because I had already signed up to take the test before finding your website. I failed but signed up again right away for the 12th and passed. I started the process of getting by Broker's license after 13 years of having an inactive salesperson license, I started in May and had to jump through a lot of hoops because rules had changed. I took 84 hours of classes and less than 3 months, I now have my Broker's license. I never ever expected this to be a reality. Thank you!

  I love how Maggie puts everything in to terms, I could understand. And the lessons and cheatsheets were a big help. I had been a Salesperson since 2012 and in May I decided after someone approached me about getting my Broker's license and coming to work.with them. It seemed impossible. I started filling out all the necessary forms and ran into a lot of roadblocks. July 28th I got my letter that I was approved for the exam and scheduled it for August 4th. It definitely was not what I was expecting and I failed miserably. Maggie had been constantly showing up on YouTube and I ordered the package. Math has always been something I have struggled with. She explains it so easy. I started studying and rescheduled my test for August 12th and I was literally sick to my stomach and thought there is no way I am going to finish the class let alone pass it. I went through the test and finished it in 2 1/2 hours, I didn't go back and change a bunch of answers, just went with the best answer and my gut instinct. I walked out positive I failed. But when I looked and both said I passed, I was ecstatic. And I know Maggie's videos and study guide were key to that. Thanks, Maggie.
