By applying to and joining the Preponcall Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1 Application and Acceptance
You must submit a complete Affiliate Program application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content on the applicant’s promotional platforms.
1.2 Access to Program
Upon acceptance, you will be provided with a unique Affiliate Tracking Link, access to your dedicated dashboard, and various marketing assets.
2. Commission Structure and Payouts
2.1 Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a 15% Recurring Commission on the net revenue of any subscription or membership sold to a new customer who clicks your unique Affiliate Tracking Link and successfully enrolls in a Preponcall course. “Net revenue” excludes discounts, taxes, and payment processing fees.
2.2 Recurring Payments
The 15% commission will be paid monthly for the entire duration that the referred customer remains an active, paying subscriber of Preponcall.
2.3 Tracking and Cookie Window
We utilize a 30-day cookie window. You will receive credit for a sale if a customer clicks your link and purchases a subscription within 30 days. Sales are tracked via your unique Affiliate Tracking Link.
2.4 Minimum Payout Threshold
Commissions will be paid out once your total accrued, confirmed earnings reach the minimum threshold of $50.00 USD.
2.5 Payment Schedule
Payments are processed monthly, approximately [e.g., 30 days] after the end of the month in which the commission was confirmed.
2.6 Payment Method
All commissions are paid via PayPal. You are solely responsible for ensuring your PayPal account information is current and accurate. Preponcall is not responsible for delayed or lost payments due to incorrect PayPal details.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities and Restrictions
3.1 FTC and Disclosure Compliance (Mandatory)
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with Preponcall on all platforms where you promote the program. This disclosure must be made in close proximity to the affiliate link or any product review. Examples include using hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, or explicitly stating: “I receive a commission if you purchase through my link.”
3.2 Prohibited Methods
Affiliates shall NOT promote Preponcall through the following means:
- PPC/Search Engine Advertising: Bidding on the term “Preponcall” or any closely related trademarked terms (e.g., “Prep on call,” “JustCallMaggie”) or variations that violate search engine policies.
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or messages.
- Misrepresentation: Making false or misleading claims about Preponcall’s products or earnings potential.
- Incentivized Traffic: Offering cash, rewards, or other compensation to a user for clicking an affiliate link.
- Self-Referral: Affiliates may not use their own link to purchase a subscription for personal use.
3.3 Intellectual Property Rights
You may use our provided logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Preponcall. You may not alter our intellectual property or use it to suggest any ownership or partnership beyond the scope of this affiliate agreement.
4. Termination
4.1 Termination by Preponcall
Preponcall reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program and withhold accrued commissions immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions (e.g., failure to disclose, engaging in prohibited promotion methods).
4.2 Termination by Affiliate
You may terminate your affiliate status at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon termination, you must remove all Affiliate Tracking Links and promotional materials.
5. Relationship of Parties
The Affiliate is an independent contractor, and nothing in this agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Preponcall.
6. Modification of Terms
Preponcall reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time. We will notify affiliates of changes via email. Your continued participation in the program after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
